Florence is a city rich in monuments and there are so many works of art in this stunning city that it would be impossible to mention them all. Even a short visit to the city would need at least a few days’ stay and the ideal is a car tour of Florence.
Arriving in Florence, our first stop is Piazzale Michelangelo, with its spectacular view of the city and then to Santa Croce (church of the Holy Cross), church of great historical and artistic importance, famous for its many tombs, also famous for the historical football tournaments matches were held there.
